My responsibilities with this project included conducting interviews, surveys and competitor audits to identify areas of opportunity within the IWU Portal. I analyzed survey findings into themes and action items then synthesized data to clarify user goals, site goals, and site features. With the final design I addressed areas of top concern and responded comprehensively to feedback.
